Complete switchgear unit of KRU-Atlant series
Complete switchgear units of KRU-Atlant series (hereinafter KRU cabinets) are designed for receiving and distributing three-phase AC electrical energy with a rated voltage of 6; 10 kV at industrial frequency of 50 Hz in networks with isolated or grounded through arc-suppression reactor or active resistance neutral for switchgears of power plants, substations, and industrial power installations.
KRU-Atlant series cabinets combine numerous technical solutions validated by tests. Special attention is paid to ensuring high safety standards for operating personnel, as well as the reliability and simplicity of engineering solutions.
Advantages:
- increased operational reliability and safety due to the application of a modern high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker;
- reduced overall dimensions;
- front access to internal components of the cabinet;
- capability of prompt and safe replacement of the vacuum circuit breaker using an inventory trolley;
- enhanced operational safety due to the use of more reliable interlocks against erroneous actions of substation personnel during switching and repair operations;
- placement of auxiliary circuit equipment in a separate removable relay cabinet completely isolated from primary circuits, with options for top, bottom, or side entry/exit busbar connection;
- movement of the circuit breaker and application of grounding are performed with closed doors and minimal effort due to multi-turn screw gear reducers;
- application of an instant-action earthing switch eliminates arc formation;
Complete switchgear cabinets of the KRU series comply with the requirements of interstate standards GOST 14693, GOST 12.2.007.0, GOST 12.2.007.4, GOST R55190.
