Complete switchgear cabinets of the K104-KF series
Cabinets of complete switchgear series K104 are designed for receiving and distributing three-phase AC electrical energy of industrial frequency 50Hz and 60Hz at voltages of 6 kV and 10 kV and have several advantages:
- increased operational reliability due to the use of modern high-voltage switching devices with high mechanical and switching endurance manufactured by leading global manufacturers;
- relay protection is provided by multifunctional microprocessor units;
- enhanced operational safety due to the use of more reliable interlocks of high-voltage switching devices against erroneous actions of substation personnel during switching and repair operations;
- placement of auxiliary circuit equipment in a separate removable control cabinet completely isolated from power circuits;
- use of copper busbars only;
- various inlet options are provided: top entry (from cable racks on the switchgear wall), bottom entry (from cable trench), top entry (combined cable and busbar entry); other cable or busbar entry options can be made upon request.
K104-KF series switchgear cabinets are used in auxiliary power distribution gear of power plants, electrical substations of power systems, industrial enterprises, as well as in power supply facilities of vital agricultural consumers. Cabinets of this series are mainly used to equip outdoor complete switchgear (KRUN) of the K-59 series.
Complete switchgear cabinets of the K104-KF series comply with the technical requirements of interstate standards GOST 14693-90 and GOST 12.2.007.4-96. K104-KF series cabinets are regularly certified for compliance with quality and safety requirements in the State System of Technical Regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
