Outdoor Quarry cell Freestanding 10 kV

Outdoor self-standing YAKNO quarry cells are designed for receiving and distributing electrical energy from three-phase alternating current with voltages of 6 and 10 kV (YAKNO-6 and YAKNO-10) with an industrial frequency of 50 Hz and are used to connect power and protect electrical equipment of powerful quarry consumers in distribution networks, as well as to connect outdoor lighting.

YAKNO, YAKNO-6, YAKNO-10 - a free-standing outdoor quarry cell designed for installation::

• in the branch and trunk networks of quarries;
• in places connected to intra-barrier power transmission lines of networks with a voltage of 6 (10) kV and a frequency of 50 Hz;
• for connecting electric escalators;
• for connection of high-voltage motors;
• for connecting power transformers;
• to connect drilling rigs;
• for connection of high-voltage motors of drilling rigs;
• to enable drag;
• for connecting dredgers;
• for connection of compressor and condenser units;
• to connect other consumers.

YAKNO-6 and YAKNO-10 have nine types of main connection designs and provide the creation of quarry lines of various configurations. YAKNO-6, YAKNO-10 are also manufactured with a vacuum circuit breaker, with a spring-motor or electromagnetic drive. YAKNO-6, YAKNO-10 with air inlet and air outlet (sectioning points VLB, KRUN-SVL) are used for sectioning quarry and off-quarry power lines. YAKNO-6, YAKNO-10 with power oil transformers up to 630 kVA (KTPN) are used to provide lighting for work areas and connect quarry consumers with protection against leakage currents in low voltage circuits.

YAKNO-6 and YAKNO-10 also provide the creation of points separating the networks of power systems and quarries. All types of YAKNO-6(10)-KN designs can be made with cable entry and cable exit. All types of YAKNO-6(10)-KN designs can be installed on the foundation or equipped with transport sleds (on request).
