Distribution panel of ShchO-70 series
Distribution panels of ShchO-70 series are designed for equipping switchgears rated at 380/220 V three-phase AC at 50Hz with a solidly grounded neutral, used for electric power reception and distribution, as well as protection of outgoing lines against overloads and short-circuit currents.
ShchO-70 panels are designed to operate under the following conditions:
- in terms of environmental climatic factors exposure, execution U - category 1, 3 according to GOST 15150 and GOST 15543.1, wherein:
- maximum installation altitude above sea level is 2000 m (when operating panels at an altitude of more than 1000 m, the characteristics of the equipment used in panels must be derated according to GOST 15150);
- upper operating ambient air temperature limit +40 °C (maximum limit +45 °C);
- lower operating ambient air temperature limit minus 25 °C (extreme limit minus 30 °C);
- relative air humidity 80% at a temperature of 20 °C, and upper operating relative air humidity up to 98% at 25 °;
- atmosphere type - II according to GOST 15150;
- environment is non-explosive, free from conductive dust, aggressive vapors and gases in concentrations that destroy metal and insulation.
Panels comply with operating mechanical stress group M1 according to GOST 17516.1. Operating position in space is vertical; deviation from the vertical position up to 5° in any direction is allowed. Panels are designed for single-sided service, with all components installed on panels being front-connected.
Safety requirements comply with GOST 12.2.007.0.
