Outdoor complete transformer substations CTS 25-2500/10(6)-0,4 kV
Complete transformer and distribution substations (CTS) with a capacity of 25 to 2500 kVA for voltages up to 10 kV inclusive of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz are designed for receiving, converting, and distributing electrical energy and are intended for power supply to industrial facilities, as well as residential and public buildings.
CTS have the following resistance parameters to external environmental factors:
- ambient air temperature;
- for U1 execution - from minus 45 to plus 40°C;
- for UHL1 execution - from minus 60 to plus 40°C;
- for UHL3 execution - from minus 25 to plus 50°C;
- altitude above sea level no more than 1000 m;
- upper value of relative air humidity - 98% at a temperature of plus 25°C;
- atmospheric pressure - from 86.6 to 106.7 kPa;
- atmosphere type according to GOST 15150 - II (industrial);
- non-explosive environment, containing no explosive dust or aggressive gases in concentrations that destroy metals and insulation;
- resistance to seismic impact according to GOST 17516.1 - up to 9 points on the MSK-64 scale.
CTS are suitable for operation under icy conditions with an ice thickness of up to 20 mm and a wind speed of 15 m/s (velocity wind pressure of 146 Pa), and in the absence of ice - at wind speeds up to 36 m/s (velocity wind pressure up to 800 Pa).
