Complete switchgear of the CS-Atlant series

Complete switchgears of the CS-Atlant series (hereinafter referred to as CS cabinets) are designed for receiving and distributing electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a rated voltage of 6; 10 kV industrial frequency 50 Hz in networks with isolated or grounded through an arc suppression reactor or active resistance neutral for switchgear of power stations, substations and in electrical installations of industrial enterprises.

Cabinets of the CS-Atlant series combine many technical solutions, confirmed by tests. Particular attention is paid to ensuring a high level of equipment safety for operating personnel, reliability and simplicity of design solutions.

Advantages:

  • increased reliability and safety in operation due to the use of a modern high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker;
  • reduced overall dimensions;
  • possibility of access to the internal elements of the cabinet from the facade;
  • the ability to quickly and safely replace a vacuum circuit breaker using an inventory trolley;
  • increased operational safety through the use of more reliable interlocks against erroneous actions of substation personnel during operational switching and repair work;
  • placement of auxiliary circuit equipment in a separate removable relay cabinet, which is completely isolated from the power circuits of the camera, the possibility of top, bottom or side connection of input and output buses;
  • moving the switch and applying grounding is done with the doors closed and without effort, since screw multi-turn gearboxes are used;
  • the use of an instantaneous grounding switch eliminates the possibility of

arcs;

Cabinets of complete switchgears of the CS series comply with the requirements of interstate standards GOST 14693, GOST 12.2.007.0, GOST 12.2.007.4, GOST R55190.

Switchgear cabinets are designed to operate in the following conditions:

  • in terms of the impact of environmental climatic factors – version U category 3 according to GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1-89, at an ambient temperature in the indoor switchgear from minus 5 to plus 40 ° C 1) ;
  • installation height of cabinets above sea level – no more than 1000 m (the use of switchgear cabinets is allowed for operation at an altitude above sea level of more than 1000 m;
  • environment – non-explosive, not containing aggressive gases and fumes, chemical deposits, not saturated with conductive dust and water vapor;
  • nominal operating mode – continuous;
  • working position in space – vertical;
  • the resistance of switchgear cabinets to mechanical environmental influences corresponds to the group of operating conditions M39 according to GOST 1-90, in areas with seismicity no more than 9 points on the MSK-64 scale;
  • the heating temperature of parts of the cabinet shell that can be touched during operation in nominal mode should not exceed 50 o C (GOST 14693-90);
  • the upper value of the heating temperature of contact connections during operation is 75 o C (GOST 8024-90).

Note:

When installing and using switchgear cabinets of version U3 in electrical rooms where it is possible to reduce the air temperature below minus 5 o C, the consumer must provide heating means for the switchgear room, ensuring normal temperature conditions for the operation of the equipment and equipment of the switchgear cabinets in accordance with the technical conditions for them.
